A truly delicious rub, that will infuse flavour and transport your tastebuds, on a journey to Hula land! The cooking term ‘Huli’, as in Huli Huli Chicken, means to rotate or flip. A rotisserie-style method for roasting & Bar-B-Q poultry, pork, beef and seafood. And the Dragon appears in the form of 4 different dried peppers! Rub in thoroughly, rest 1 hour on the counter, cover, & refrigerate 12-48 hours. Great too for slow cooker recipes.

A heat-filled southwestern-style mix a’kin to rubs cowboys may have used, cooking in the great outdoors. Generously coat your roasts, chops, ribs and steaks, even veggies at least 12-24 hours prior to cooking, then refrigerate. Always bring your proteins up to room temperature before you grill, etc. This BlenZ can be added to your hamburger/meatloaf mix, chili and stirred into your BBQ sauce for that extra zing.
